Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or call (630) 822-9290, and how we use it. Effective date: October 15, 2026.
Who we are
This site is run as Hoffman Estates Pro Plumbing, a call-only plumbing dispatch line for Hoffman Estates, IL and nearby towns. Our address is 535 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Our email is contact@proplumbinghoffmanestates.com.
Information we collect when you call
When you call (630) 822-9290, we receive your phone number and the details you choose to share. These usually include your name, the service address, and a description of the plumbing problem. We use this information to understand your request, to arrange a plumber for your job, and to follow up on that request.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By staying on the line, you agree to that recording. If you do not want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start of the call or end the call.
How we use and share information
We use call information to dispatch and schedule plumbing work, to check the quality of calls, and to answer questions about a job. To arrange your job, we may share your name, number, address and problem description with the plumber who is assigned to it.
We do not use call information for any purpose unrelated to your plumbing request. We keep it only as long as we need it to run the service and meet legal duties.
No forms, cookies or analytics
This site has no contact forms, no accounts, and no sign-up boxes. As built, it sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your web server host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Map embeds
The contact page and some other pages show a map from Google Maps. When a page with a map loads, Google may receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control what Google collects. Use the phone number on the page if you prefer not to load a map.
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use it only to reply. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive details by email.

This site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
