Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use this website or call (630) 822-9290. By using either, you agree to them. Effective date: October 15, 2026.
About this site
This site is the web presence of Hoffman Estates Pro Plumbing, a call-only plumbing dispatch line for Hoffman Estates, IL and nearby towns. Our address is 535 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Contact us at contact@proplumbinghoffmanestates.com or (630) 822-9290.
When you call, dispatch arranges for a licensed and insured plumber to handle your job. Availability depends on your address, the work involved and the schedule at the time you call. Same-day appointments are available when schedules allow.
Information is general
Pages on this site give general plumbing information to help you decide what to do. They are not a diagnosis of your home, and they are not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Do not attempt gas, electrical or main sewer line work yourself. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911.
Pricing
Prices depend on the job, the parts, access and the time of day. You will be given a price by phone before work starts. Nothing on this site is a binding quote until it is confirmed on a call.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. See our privacy policy for how call information is handled.
Using the site
Use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not copy it in bulk, interfere with how it runs, or use it to harass anyone. Links to third-party services, including Google Maps, are provided for convenience, and those services follow their own terms.
Limits
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is, and we make no promise that every page is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site. Work performed at your property is covered by the agreement you make with the plumber who performs it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update them from time to time, and the effective date above will change when we do. Questions can go to contact@proplumbinghoffmanestates.com or (630) 822-9290.
